• St. Peter's Church (Riga)~ Built in 1209 but renovated in the 15th century, this used-to-be-Catholic but now Lutheran church houses arts, concerts, and information about the history of Latvia and it's capital city.

• Riga Zoo ~ Located in a beautiful place in Riga, Lake Kisezers, it is home to 400 species of wild animals.

• Nativity Cathedral, Riga ~ An important orthodox church that was built on July 3, 1876. It is a symbol of advanced architecture and stability. Nativity Cathedral is located in the center of Riga.

• Turaida Castle ~ Another important place in Riga that has museums, castles, and much more, showing Latvian traditions and history. It was built in the 11th century.
